HIGH FREQUENCY
In addition to SVRWS-5500 and 6500, preceding page, VIBCO also offers these High Frequency units with clamp-on brackets and up to 8000 lbs. of force in three models, Model SVRC-5500, 6500 and 8000. Wedge bracket (SVRW) can also be supplied if customer wants to move vibrator from wedge bracket to clamp-on bracket. The High Frequency units are lifesavers when removing moist and sticky materials from railroad cars. For technical information, see page 23 in general catalog.
BIG BUSTER
"Big Buster" carshakers, Pneumatic and Hydraulic, provide high force at low frequency, ideal for moving coarse materials. They come with wedge bracket, Model PC-1500 (HC-1500 Hydraulic and Model PC- 3500 (HC-3500) with clamp-on bracket. VIBCO’s patented vibration isolation couplings stop vibration from reaching the drive motor, insuring the use of it’s full life and eliminating premature, costly drive motor reoairs and costly down time. For technical information, see page 27 in general catalog.
ELECTRIC
The VIBCO Electric Carshakers use the Heavy Duty line electric vibrator, Model 2P (3600 RPM) and Model 4P (1800 RPM). 2P models for fine to coarse materials - 2P-450, 2P-800 for wedge mounts and single or three phase operation. 2P-1700 and 2P-2500 are supplied with clamp-on brackets and are three phase units. 4P models are used for coarse and stringy materials - 4P-700 and 4P-1000 are used on wedge mounts, single or three phase operation. Their high torque and amplitude makes them less susceptible to electrical overload. All models have overload protection and adjustable eccentrics providing flexibility to meet changes in material contents or density. For technical information, see page 3 in general catalog.
